Alcohol & Substance Use Awareness Class
At Vista Counseling, we offer a comprehensive 8-hour Substance Abuse Awareness Class designed specifically for adolescents. This program provides psychoeducation to help teens better understand the impact of substance use and to make informed, healthy choices. (Our clinical director has 20 years in the field of addiction, teaching DUI classes and substance abuse awareness.)

How We Teach the Class
The class is delivered in a supportive group setting over four sessions, each lasting two hours, for a total of 8 hours. This structure allows participants to learn gradually, engage in discussions, and reflect on the material in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
