What to Expect
The 8 Phases
The process follows a structured sequence: history taking, preparation, assessment, desensitization, installation, body scan, closure, and reevaluation.
Adaptive Beliefs
Clients focus on transforming negative cognitive patterns, working to replace distressing, negative beliefs with more positive, adaptive perspectives.
Logistics
Sessions typically last 60 minutes. Treatment plans are entirely unique and tailored to ensure the most effective clinical outcome for every client.
